God's Power Is Made Perfect In Our Weakness

We don't have to be strong or pretend to be something we are not; God is not interested in us playing games. This doesn't mean that we don't stand strong in confidence of who God is in us. We believe these things because God's word says these things:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Php 4:13)! He is my life and by faith I know He is in me and is faithful to intercede and make me hit the mark of God's glory (Heb. 7:25). God's glory is made perfect when we rest in Him, trust His word, and stand against the fallen facts of this realm. We speak God's word and pray His will into our life situations because He is in us to fulfill His purposes.

When we acknowledge that our strength and purpose is God's gift to us we are staying in His grace (Philemon 1:6). I speak His word over against any lack in my life (Mark 11:23). I speak His word over against any sickness in my life. I do this because His word authorized me to use His name, peace, position, and righteousness to command God's will done in my life (John 14:14). I speak and then walk towards that mountain to see it move away by the miracle working power of God.

I don't have to be "pumped up" with emotional support or pretend that I'm mister faith giant...I just stand in His truth and grace given to me through His love for me (John 1:17 & Rom. 5:5). God is for me and in Christ I'm set free to be for Him! I'm receiving His love and acceptance always and I'm standing in His grace for my life. This may seem like pretension to the flesh or carnal mind but to the spirit it is life, health, and peace.

Ro 8:6  For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

When I am honest and straightforward about where my life and strength come from God is made perfect in me (II Cor. 12:9). I acknowledge and assert Jesus is Lord! God's ability with me inspires, directs, and empowers because when I became born again I belong to His kingdom now and forever (Col. 1:13). I am weakest when I think I am strong to proclaim and stand. When I'm asserting my own strength God's strength is waiting. When I assert God's strength I can let mine stand aside and rest.

Over the past five or so years God has shown me His amazing Grace and true faith...He's  broken through the glass barrier of doubt & unbelief, and has made the gospel so much clearer. It's not on us...it's on Jesus! All things are possible to Him who believes--Jesus is the One who believes.
